Our Commitment To Your Privacy:

We understand the importance of privacy to our customers and visitors to our web site. It is our policy to treat what we learn about our customers as confidential. We will not give or sell confidential or Personal Information about our customer to any third party not affiliated with their transaction, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services to the customer.

Information Is Collected:

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

· Shipping and Billing Address

· Email address

· Phone number

· Credit or Debit Card Information

How That Information Is Used:

This information collected is used to fill orders, to contact buyers if they have questions, or to send emails with special offers.

Ammunition

Return Policy:

All merchandise is new and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Please log into your account and initiate a RMA.  The RMA MUST BE noted on the outside of the shipping box.

Eligible returns:   Items received within 10 days of ship date.
                            New, unopened items or items with the original packaging in new condition

Refunds processed within one week of receiving an authorized return.
Restocking fee:  25%

Shipping Information and Order Processing:

All orders will be processed through U.S. Firearms Academy.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process most orders. Firearms will be shipped 3-5 business days after receipt of FFL.

Shipping Firearms:

We will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state. It is your responsibility to:

1. Contact the FFL dealer - You must make arrangements with your local dealer to forward a copy of their FFL and all pertinent contact information to U.S. Firearms Academy via Fax (775) 826.2633 or email:

2. Complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.

Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. You do not pay the transfer fee to U.S. Firearms Academy. By purchasing a firearm from us, you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with ALL Local, State, and Federal laws. You must be aware of any Federal laws or State laws affecting your purchase.

The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states' numerous firearms and magazine laws. Please know your Local and State Laws BEFORE purchasing High Capacity Magazines and Firearms. Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website, however, the following sales Restrictions will apply:

RESTRICTED STATE SALES POLICIES

Check your local laws for any other regulations.

California:

· Handgun sales/shipping only to 01 FFL Dealer

· Handguns must be on the California approved list

· No High Capacity magazine sales.

· No Assault Weapon sales.

· No M-16 Bolts.

· No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns.

· Licensees may purchase rifles only if made prior to 1955.

· All CA Dealers must give us their CFD# before ordering.

· Los Angeles, Sacramento, & San Francisco, CA - No Ammo without a FFL.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

Connecticut:

· No Semi-Auto Rifles.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

Hawaii:

· No Pistol Mags over 10rds.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

Illinois:

· No Ammunition sales a FFL.

· No Firearms sales to Chicago or Cook County

· 03 Licensees may purchase Eligible firearms, however Illinois FOID card must be on file.

Maryland:

· No Firearm sales not even FFL Holders.

· No High Capacity Magazines sales of magazines that accept more than 20 rounds.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

Massachusetts

· 01 FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list.

· Rifles without high capacity magazines.

· No Hi Capacity Magazine sales.

· No Defense/Clip Fed Shotgun sales.

· No Ammunition sales.

· No C&R firearms sales.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

New Jersey:

· No High Capacity Magazine Sales.

· Firearms sales only to 01 FFL Dealer licensees.

· No Sales of CETME Rifles.

· No Handgun sales to 03 licensees.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

New York State:

· Only eligible handguns will be shipped to 01 FFL Dealers.

· Long Gun sales only to NY State.

· Eligible rifles may be sold to 03 licensees.

· No Sales of High Capacity magazines.

· No Sales to NY City.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

Washington DC:

· No Sales.

· No M-16 Bolt sales.

· Check for other State and Local laws before ordering.

Washington State:

· No M-16 Bolt sales.
